Return Window

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

Non-Refundable Delivery Fee

Please note that the initial PKR 250 delivery advance fee is non-refundable as it covers courier and handling logistics.

Return shipping costs for returning the package back to us are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect).

Refund / Replacement Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer within 3–5 business days (excluding shipping charges).

Alternatively, you may opt for a product exchange or store credit.
